Rental includes: Outside Grounds, Gazebo, Tent, Security, Parking Lot, Maintenance, Banquet Room
Rentals are four (4) hours plus two (2) hours prep time (e.g., caterers, decorating etc.)
Total: six (6) hours
Extra Hours: $150 per hour
Inside Limits: 50 to 75 - Informal setting
Outside & Inside Total: 200 to 250 - Maximum
A deposit of $500.00 required to reserve your date. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Balance paid fifteen (15) days prior to event.
